Overview and development status of subsea oil and gas production system

水下油气生产系统作为海洋油气开发的主流模式,备受国内外石油公司关注。首先,对国内外水下油气生产系统发展现状进行调研,分析国内外水下油气生产系统总体技术研究发展水平;其次,对水下油气生产系统进行概述,通过系统层次界定,将其划分为水下控制系统、立管系统、海底管线系统、水下管汇系统、水下井口装置及采油树系统五大子系统,介绍各子系统基本组成结构及其功能,建立功能结构框图;然后,根据各子系统之间的功能及相互作用关系建立典型水下油气生产系统模型;最后,预测我国水下油气生产系统的未来发展趋势,有助于推进国产化水下油气生产系统的开发进程。

As the main mode of offshore oil and gas development,subsea oil and gas production system has been attracted much attention by domestic and foreign oil companies.Firstly,the development status of subsea oil and gas production system is investigated,and the overall technical research and development level of this system at home and abroad are described.Then,a basic overview of the subsea oil and gas production system is given.Through determining the system hierarchy,subsea oil and gas production system can be divided into five subsystems:subsea control system,riser system,subsea pipeline system,subsea manifold system,subsea wellhead equipment and Christmas tree system.The basic structure of each subsystem and the functional structure diagram are introduced.According to the function and the interaction relationship of the subsystems,a typical underwater oil and gas production system model is established.Finally,the future development trend of China's subsea oil and gas production system is predicted,which is helpful to promote the development process of domestic subsea oil and gas production system.
