摘要 对于马来西亚多介质成品油管道复杂敷设环境,提出了基于GIS的施工图优化设计方案。首先,利用前段工程设计期间收集到的各类数据和详细设计阶段的无人机影像、地下障碍物探测数据,利用GIS空间分析(缓冲区、叠置分析等)和图形功能来实现已有作业带路由的优化设计;其次,纵断面以及障碍物穿越优化设计,即在平面设计基础上,基于无人机数字高程模型数据和地质资料,利用GIS剖面图功能方便地绘制出任意方向断面,选择成熟、先进的施工工艺,实现纵断面以及穿越障碍物优化设计。工程实例表明优化设计取得了较好效果。 For the complex laying environment of the multi-media product pipeline in Malaysia,an optimized design scheme based on GIS was proposed.Firstly,the routing optimization design in existing ROW(red of way)is realized by making full use of all kinds of data collected during FEED,the UAV images and underground obstacle detection data during detailed design stage,and using GIS spatial analysis(buffer analysis,stack analysis,etc.)and graphics functions.Secondly,the vertical section design and obstacle crossing design are conducted,that is,based on the plan design and UAV digital elevation model data and geologic information and using the GIS profile function,it is convenient to draw the section in any direction.The mature and advanced construction technology is selected and the vertical section optimization design and obstacle crossing scheme are realized.The practical examples achieve good engineering results.
