深水海底管道手镯式阳极的安装工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 牺牲阳极是海底管道常用的防腐蚀措施,安装在海底管道上的手镯式阳极可以为海底管道提供长期有效的保护。传统的手镯式阳极安装工艺应用于深水海底管道铺设时阳极安装效率较低,且存在阳极滑脱失效风险。结合深水海底管道铺设的质量、效率要求对手镯式阳极的安装形式进行了适应性优化,并给出了一种适用于深水海底管道铺设的新型手镯式阳极安装工艺。经过项目验证,优化后的手镯式阳极安装工艺能够克服传统手镯式阳极安装工艺的不足,实现手镯式阳极在深水海底管道上的高质量、高效率安装。 Sacrificial anode is a commonly used anticorrosion measure for subsea pipeline.The bracelet anode installed on the subsea pipeline can provide long-term effective protection for subsea pipelines.When the traditional bracelet anode installation process is applied to the deepwater subsea pipeline laying,the anode installation efficiency is low and there is a risk of anode slippage failure.The bracelet anode installation type is optimized and a new bracelet anode installation process is provided in this paper based on the quality and efficiency requirements of deepwater subsea pipeline laying.The new bracelet anode installation process is verified by the actual project and shows that it can overcome the deficiency of the traditional bracelet anode installation process and realize the high-quality and high-efficiency installation of bracelet anode during deepwater subsea pipeline laying.
