摘要
以中国石油集团海洋工程(青岛)有限公司实施YAMAL LNG模块建造项目MWP4、FWP5和MWP10A三个工程包为背景,结合国际项目管理理论知识,总结了该项目中涉及的支出合同,突出了工程支出合同执行的重点工作,分析了工程支出合同在执行过程中的注意事项,探讨了支出合同变更管理在整个项目管理周期中的角色和意义。
With the background of MWP4/FWP5 and MWP10A packages of YAMALl LNG module construction project executed by China National Petroleum Offshore Engineering(Qingdao)Co.,Ltd.,and combined with the theoretical knowledge of the international project management,this paper summarizes the sublet subcontract involved in the module construction project,highlights the key work in executing the sublet subcontract,analyzes the precautions during the sublet subcontract execution,and discusses the role and significance of the sublet subcontract alteration management in the whole project management cycle.
