互联网视角下老年智能产品交互设计研究

Research on Interactive Design of Special Intelligent Products for the Elderly under the Background of Internet

摘要 随着经济的发展,日益壮大的老年群体对生活品质的要求越来越高,文章依据马斯洛需求层次理论,整理了老年人智能产品的市场分类,对老年智能产品的交互设计的策略和方向进行分析与研究。文章除了强调产品功能性与用户体验外,认为更需要通过产品来传达情感关怀,让处于互联网边缘的老年人能够使用专门为他们打造的智能产品,对于老年人不能掌控的智能产品,还需要配备完善的一站式服务,通过提升产品设计和服务,达到提升银发族生活品质的目的。 With economic development,the growing group of elderly people have higher and higher requirements for their quality of life.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this paper sorts out the market classification of intelligent products for the elderly,and analyzes and studies the strategy and direction of interactive design under intelligent products for the elderly.In addition to emphasizing product functionality and user experience,the article should especially convey emotional care through products,enable the elderly at the edge of the Internet to use Intelligent products specially designed for them,intelligent products that are inconvenient for the elderly need to be equipped with perfect one-stop services to improve the quality of life of the elderly by improving product design and services.
