A case of arteriovenous hemangioma

报告1例颈项部动静脉血管瘤。患者男,62岁。颈项部斑块10余年。皮肤科检查:颈项部一紫红色斑块,直径约2.5cm,表面呈颗粒样,质软,触之无搏动感,无触痛,活动度差,与周围组织无粘连。皮损组织病理检查示真皮中上部厚壁及薄壁血管增生,血管内皮细胞无异形。诊断:动静脉血管瘤。明确诊断后,建议患者完善影像学检查,患者失随访。

A case of arteriovenous hemangioma is reported. A 62-year-old man presented with a plaque in his nape for more than 10 years. Physical examination revealed a purple-red plaque of about 2.5 cm in diameter on the nape. The lesion was a soft, immobile, nonpulsatile, and tenderless plaque with a granular appearance, which was nonadherent to peripheral tissue. Histopathological examination revealed thick-and thin-walled vessels proliferation in the superficial and mid-dermis without atypical endothelial cell, which is consistent with an arteriovenous hemangioma. The patient was suggested to perfect imaging examination, but he missed follow-up.
