摘要
长链非编码RNAs(LncRNAs)是一类长度大于200 nt的非编码RNAs(ncRNAs),在正常生命活动及疾病进展中发挥着重要作用。文章从LncRNA EGFR-AS1的结构,在细胞中的定位,对EGFR调控,及对靶向治疗的影响等方面,综述了EGFR-AS1与癌症发生发展的关系。最后指出EGFR-AS1可能作为新的靶点,为肿瘤诊断和治疗提供参考。
Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)are a family of noncoding RNAs with length of more than 200 nucleotides.lncRNAs play an important role in diverse cellular processes and progression of disease.The relationship between EGFR-AS1 and cancer in terms of the structure of EGFR-AS1,location in the cell,regulation of EGFR,and its impact on targeted therapy were summarized in this paper.It is suggested that EGFR-AS1 may be a new target for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
