有机硅silwet 408助剂对氯虫苯甲酰胺防治草地贪夜蛾的增效作用 被引量:7

Synergistic Effect of Organosilicon Adjuvant silwet 408 on Chlorantraniliprole in the Control of Spodoptera frugiperda

摘要 以扩展直径、最大持留量、室内毒力、田间防效为评价指标,测定添加0.05%有机硅silwet 408助剂对氯虫苯甲酰胺药剂物理性状、室内毒力及田间防效的影响,评价有机硅silwet 408助剂对氯虫苯甲酰胺防治草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的增效作用。结果表明,添加有机硅silwet 408助剂后,药剂扩展直径由1.45~1.82 mm增大至2.10~3.15 mm,增减率45.31%~73.15%;药剂浓度越高,增减率越高,药剂在苗期嫩叶、小喇叭口期及大喇叭口期叶片上的持留量均明显提高。有机硅silwet 408助剂对氯虫苯甲酰胺防治草地贪夜蛾室内毒力增减率6.34%~21.12%,低龄幼虫的增减率明显大于高龄幼虫,田间防效增减率2.67%~9.56%,添加有机硅助剂明显提高了氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂的速效性。有机硅silwet 408助剂通过增加药剂扩展直径,提高药液持留量,增加了氯虫苯甲酰胺对草地贪夜蛾的防治效果。 To evaluate the synergistic effect of organosilicon adjuvant silwet 408 on chlorantraniliprole in the control of Spodoptera frugiperda.The effect of physical properties,indoor toxicity,and field control effect with add⁃ing 0.05%organosilicon adjuvant silwet 408 were determined by expanded diameter,maximum retention,indoor tox⁃icity and field control effect.The results indicated that after added organosilicon adjuvant silwet 408,expanded di⁃ameter increased from 1.45-1.82 mm to 2.10-3.15 mm,and change rate was between 45.31%-73.15%.The change rate was higher with the high concentration.The retention on the young leaves,small and large bell stage leaves were significantly increased.The change rate of indoor toxicity for chlorantraniliprole to lower instar larvae was sig⁃nificantly than higher instar larvae,and the change rate was between 6.34%-21.12%.The change rate of field con⁃trol effect between 2.67%-9.56%and the control effect was faster after added organosilicon adjuvant silwet 408.The organosilicon additive silwet 408 had a good synergistic effect on the control of Spodoptera frugiperda by in⁃creasing the expanded diameter and increasing the retention.
