党建引领精准扶贫与乡村振兴的“深圳模式”研究——以福田区对口帮扶和平县为例

Research on the“Shenzhen Model”of Party Building Leading Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization——Take Futian District’s Counterpart Assistance to Heping County as an Example

习近平总书记指出,要把基层党建同扶贫开发有机结合起来,抓好以村党组织为核心的村级组织配套建设,把基层党组织建设成为带领乡亲们脱贫致富、维护农村稳定的坚强领导核心。本文在详细分析福田区精准扶贫河源市和平县的显著成效基础上,系统梳理总结福田区在和平县各贫困村嫁接推广深圳社区党建标准化概念,以党建引领推动精准扶贫与乡村振兴衔接的"深圳模式",为十四五推动乡村振兴提供经验与借鉴。

President Xi Jinping pointed out that we should combine grassroots party building with poverty alleviation and development. We should do a good job in supporting the village level organizations with the core of village Party organizations, and build the grass-roots party organizations into a strong core of leadership to help the villagers get rid of poverty and maintain stability in rural areas. Based on a detailed analysis of the remarkable achievements of Futian District’s"double precision"counterpart assistance to Heping County, Heyuan City, this paper systematically summarizes the concept of standardized party building in Shenzhen communities grafted by Futian in poor villages of Heping County, and promotes the"Shenzhen mode"of targeted poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization guided by Party building, so as to contribute experience and reference for the national fight against poverty and promote rural revitalization.
