摘要
本文通过分析当前诺贝尔科学奖的分布格局,揭示其潜在规律,并聚焦日本培育和造就诺贝尔奖级科技成果和人才的可取经验,提出从制定合理规划、加强基础研究、注重青年人才培养、推行代表性成果评价、重塑科学文化氛围等方面加强我国顶尖科技人才的培养的建议。
Through the analysis of the current distribution patterns of the Nobel science prizes, reveal the potential regularity, and focus on Japanese level cultivate and bring up the Nobel Prize of scientific and technological achievements and talent preferable experience, put forward from reasonable planning,strengthen the basic research, focus on young talents, introduce the representative assessment and reshape scientific culture to strengthen our country’s top science and technology talent training.
