近年来,随着生态文明理念的普及与国家出台的各项绿色发展政策,使人们更加重视生态环境保护。当前,我国70%的人口生活在三四线城市,其中又以县域城市人口居多,县域城市作为国家治理体系的重要一环,通过逐步开展绿色社区建设,加快构建符合本地实际、适应地方经济社会发展的绿色社区治理模式,从而加强了基层社区治理,改善了社区人居环境,特别是增强了县域城市居民生态文明意识,激发了公众参与生态环境保护工作的主动性,有力地助推了社会绿色发展。
