摘要 在无损检测实验教学过程中,为帮助学生更好地理解交流电磁场检测原理,设计一种低功耗、轻量级的嵌入式交流电磁场检测实验系统。系统主要由探头和仪器组成,仪器主控采用STM32微控制器,将RT-Thread实时操作系统嵌入主控,开发适用于单片机的检测软件,设计电源、信号发生、信号调理等电路及探头,形成一套嵌入式交流电磁场检测实验系统。以不锈钢试块为检测对象,对实验系统进行性能测试。结果表明,嵌入式仪器实现了交流电磁场检测实验系统高精度的目标,可实现结构裂纹高灵敏度检出,具有良好的实验指导意义与现场应用适用性。 In the nondestructive testing experimental teaching process,in order to help students understand the working principle of the alternating current electromagnetic field technique,a low-power and lightweight embeddedalternating current field measurementexperimental system is developed.The experimental system is mainly composed of probe and instrument.The instrument master unit uses the STM32 microcontroller and RT-Thread real-time operating system.The detection software based on MCU is developed.The power supply circuit,signal generating circuit,signal conditioning circuit and probe are designed.Theperformance of the system is tested by the stainless steel specimen.The result show that the instrument achieves the goal of the light weight,the low power consumption and the high precision of the alternating current field measurement experimental system,which has the good experimental guiding significance and the application applicability.
