摘要 为推进过程流体机械一流课程建设步伐,结合中国石油大学(华东)国家一流专业过程装备与控制工程对学生工程实践能力及自主探索能力培养的要求,完善了实验课程内容体系,设置了开放性、探索性和创新性实验项目。在现有实验平台基础上,基于虚拟仪器技术构建了可实施开放性、探索性实验的单螺杆压缩机工作性能测试实验平台。该实验平台既能够实现单螺杆压缩机关键性能参数及p-V图的测试,还支持学生自主设计实验参数,开展变工况性能研究及热力变形特性研究。该平台可为学生工程实践能力及自主探索能力培养提供一种新思路和切实可行的方案,具有较高的教学实用性。 In order to promote the construction of the first-class course of process fluid machinery,the experimental content system of the course is improved,and the open,exploratory,and innovative experimental items are set up by combining with the requirements of the process equipment and control engineering major of authors’university on the cultivation of students’engineering practice ability and independent exploration ability.A single screw compressor performance test platform for open and exploratory experiments is constructed based on virtual instrument technology.The experimental platform can not only test the key performance parameters and P-V diagram of single screw compressor,but also support the students to independently design the experimental parameters and carry out the study on the performance of variable working conditions and thermal deformation characteristics.This platform can provide a new idea and feasible solution for the cultivation of students’engineering practice ability and independent exploration ability,and has a high practical teaching worth.
