基于《指南》视阈下高校英语专业教师信念取向现状调查与研究 被引量:1

An Empirical Study of College EFL Teachers’Beliefs from the Perspective of Teaching Guide for English Majors

摘要 以167名高校英语专业教师的问卷调查数据为样本,对《指南》视域下教师信念现状进行了研究与分析。结果表明:教师信念正在发生积极变化,其结构取向与新教改理念基本趋于一致,整体上呈现进取性、开放性和包容性特点。但研究同时表明,教师信念仍然处于转变和发展过程之中,部分教师在课程思政、教学模式、学习策略、评价方式、反思教学等多个二级信念维度中持有传统信念。研究针对发现的问题,从推进课程思政改革、创新课堂教学模式、加强学习策略训练、改进学习评价方式、积极开展反思教学、主动参与教学研究和教学改革等方面就如何帮助教师进一步转变信念,建构与《指南》要求相适应的全新教学信念提出具体建议。 The investigation of 167 college EFL teachers’beliefs from the perspective of Teaching Guide for English Majors leads to the findings that teachers’beliefs are changing positively,and their structural orientation is basically consistent with the concept of the newly implemented teaching reform.On the whole,they are enterprising,open and inclusive.However,the research also shows that teachers’beliefs are still in the process of transformation and development,and some teachers still hold traditional beliefs in such aspects as curriculum education,teaching modes,learning strategies,academic evaluation and reflective teaching.In view of the problems found in the study,specific suggestions are put forward on how to help teachers remould their beliefs in line with the requirements of the Teaching Guide for English Majors from the aspects of upgrading curriculum education,innovating classroom teaching modes,strengthening learning strategy training,improving academic evaluation methods,carrying out reflective teaching,participating in teaching research and teaching reform.
