“双一流”建设背景下高校实验技术人才队伍建设的价值意蕴与实践路径

Value Implication and Practice Path of Developing Laboratory Technician Team in Universities under the Background of Double First-class Construction

高校实验技术人才在培养创新人才、推动学科持续发展、促进高校科研实力提升等方面发挥着重要作用。然而,当前高校实验技术人才队伍建设仍存在岗位匹配度不高、队伍结构失衡、整体能力不足及发展通道受阻等问题。在"双一流"建设背景下,为满足高校跨越式与内涵发展需要,必须实现制定顶层规划、科学定编定岗、精准引育并举、健全管理机制相统一的实践路径,建设好高水平的实验技术人才队伍。

The team of experimental technicians in universities plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents,promoting the sustainable development of disciplines,and enhancing scientific research strength,etc.However,major problems still exist in the team of experimental technicians:vague post matching,imbalanced team structure,poor team ability,and inactive development channel.Under the background of double first-class construction,in order to meet the needs of leaping and connotative development of universities,universities should build a team of experimental technicians from the following paths:top-level designing,scientifically setting posts,combining introduction and cultivation,optimizing resource allocation,and improving incentive mechanisms,so as to build a high-level experimental technical team.
