摘要
介绍了水电零件修复机床的结构和原理。对于水电零件修复机床关键部件刀架进行了有限元分析和传力路径分析,找到刀架的薄弱环节。根据有限元分析结果,找到最大应力处,优化了刀架结构。使优化后的刀架强度满足设计要求。
The paper describes the structure and working principle of machine tool for repairing hydroelectric parts. The paper also do Load Path Analysis and Finite Element Analysis on carriage which is the key component of machine tool. It finds the weak part of carriage. Base on the results of Finite Element Analysis, it optimizes the structure of carriage. The strength of the optimized carriage meets the demand of the design.
