彰显特点与特色的差异化理路:涉农高校“六位一体”社会科学人才培养体系的构建与实践 被引量:12

摘要 涉农高校社会科学人才培养面临办学定位不清晰、培养目标不明确、培养体系不健全、培养方式不接地、学科影响力不大、专业吸引力不强等共性问题和挑战。近年来,中国农业大学人文与发展学院全面开展人才培养体系的改革创新与实践探索,首创性地构建出并实践了彰显涉农高校特点与特色的"六位一体"社会科学人才培养体系,将政治方向、专业传统、"三农"特色、道器结合、行动育人、国际视野六个方面有机融合、协同发展,回应了涉农高校社会科学人才培养的问题和困境。该体系变特色为优势,变差异为优异,显著提高了中国农业大学社会科学人才培养的质量和声誉,产生了较大的影响和广泛的传播效应,有力地回应了"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"的问题,为我国涉农高校面向新文科建设的社会科学人才培养提供了有益参考。 The social science education in agricultural universities has been confronted with common problems and challenges,such as obscure orientation,vague objectives,defective system,ungrounded methods,poor reputation and weak attractions.In recent years,College of Humanities and Development Studies at China Agricultural University has taken up systematic reform on its education and has innovatively constructed and implemented the six-pronged social science education system in order to highlight the features and characteristics of agricultural universities.This system has integrated and synthesized six components,i.e.,political direction,disciplinary tradition,“Sannong”feature,doctrine-implement combination,learning by action and international perspective,so as to respond to the challenges and predicaments of social science education in agricultural universities.This innovative system has turned characteristics to advantages,differentiation to distinction.The implementation of this system has drastically improved the quality and reputation of social science education of China Agricultural University,which has brought forward great influences and impacts.This social science education system has effectively responded to the central problematics of“what kind of talents to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate”.This reform and innovation have provided valuable references for social science education for agricultural universities in the construction of“new liberal arts”.
