摘要
黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎(XGC)是慢性胆囊炎的一种特殊类型,发病率低,但具有破坏性,以中老年患者多见。其影像学特征和临床表现无明显特异性,与厚壁型胆囊癌极易混淆,二者的治疗方法与预后也截然不同。现收集我院2014—2019年XGC患者11例资料,旨在分析其超声图像特征,提高诊断能力,为临床治疗提供依据。
