智能治理伦理风险的关键影响因素研究——基于DEMATEL方法

Research on the Key Influencing Factors of Intelligent Management of Ethical Risk-Based on the dematel method

随着人工智能迅猛发展,政府开始迈入智能治理时代。识别智能治理伦理风险的关键影响因素,对有效防控伦理风险、夯实政府治理正当性基础有着重要意义。本文运用扎根理论,梳理出影响智能治理伦理风险的因素,构建影响因素模型,并通过DEMATEL方法计算出因素的影响度、被影响度、中心度和原因度,结合因果关系四象限图,提出防控智能治理伦理风险的相关建议。根据测算结果与分析,研究提出影响智能治理伦理风险的关键因素,为规避智能时代政府治理的伦理风险提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the government has begun to step into the era of intelligent governance.Identifying the key influencing factors of ethical risk in intelligent governance is of great significance for effectively preventing and controlling ethical risk and consolidating the legitimacy foundation of government governance.On the basis of combing out the factors affecting ethical risks of intelligent governance by using the grounded theory,the influencing factor model is constructed,and the influence degree,influence degree,centrality degree and cause degree of the factors are calculated by DEMATEL method.Combined with the four-quadrant diagram of causality,the relevant suggestions for prevention and control of ethical risks of intelligent governance are put forward.According to the calculation results and analysis,this study finds out the key factors affecting the ethical risk of intelligent governance,which provides reference for avoiding the ethical risk of government governance in the intelligent era.
