摘要 为克服当前军校课堂教学中存在的知识与能力培养、被动与主动学习、团体与个性教育、教员与学员中心等深层次矛盾问题,提高部队导弹测试操作号手的培养质量,以我校导弹测试专业开设的导弹测试与实践课程为例,开展了基于翻转课堂的教学实践,从而让学员在课上进行深层参与的时间最大化,提升其高阶能力。 In order to overcome the deep-seated contradictions such as knowledge and ability training,passive and active learning,group and personality education,teacher-centered and student-centered in current military academy teaching,and improve the quality of military missile test operator training,taking the missile testing and practice course of missile test specialty in our university as an example,a flipped classroom teaching practice has been carried out,so as to maximize students'deep participation time in class and improve their high-order ability.
