高职学生新时代工匠精神的培养路径研究--以手工皮具制作课程为例

Study on the Cultivation Path of the Craftsman Spirit of Higher Vocational Students in the New Era:Take the Handmade Leather Course for Example

为探析高职学生新时代工匠精神的培育路径,从分析北京财贸职业学院手工皮具制作课程入手,从实践中总结方法。围绕工匠精神的专业精神和专业能力两个内涵进行分析,从四个方面总结具体方法,得出了在高职教育中培养学生的新时代工匠精神要重视思想引领、聚焦技能提升、鼓励自主创新、注重环境创设的结论。

In order to explore the cultivation path of craftsman spirit in the new era of vocational college students this paper starts with the analysis of the handmade leather course in Beijing college of finance and commerce,and summarizes the methods from practice.Based on the analysis of the professional spirit and professional ability of the craftsman spirit,the concrete measures are summarized from four aspects,and draws the conclusion that to cultivate students'craftsman spirit in the new era in higher vocational education,we should attach importance to ideological guidance,focus on improving skills,encourage independent innovation and attach importance to environmental creation.
