新型地下装配式再生水处理站结构体系研究

Research on the structure system of a new type of underground prefabricated reclaimed water treatment station

摘要 本文以某20000t/d埋地式再生水处理站为原型,对一种新型地下装配式体系进行了深入研究。首先介绍了新型装配式体系的结构布置、预制构件形式、节点构造等,在此基础上对新型体系进行结构可行性分析,制定整体施工方案,最后从建造过程、安装概算和周期等方面对新型体系与传统现浇体系进行了全面比较。结果表明,主体结构采用"PC框架+PC挡土墙"、水池内壁采用"方钢管柱+聚氨酯组合板"的新型装配式体系是可行的,预制构件和连接节点等均能满足结构受力需求;从建造过程、安装概算及周期等方面,装配式体系均显著优于传统现浇体系,其中安装概算减少了4.6%,安装周期节约41.7%。现行规范的完善及国家政策的支持均为装配式建筑的发展提供了保障,预制装配式地下结构体系具有广阔的发展前景。 This paper takes a 20000 tons/day buried reclaimed water treatment station as the prototype,and conducts an in-depth study on the new underground prefabricated system.Firstly,the structure layout,prefabricated form and node structure of the new prefabricated system are introduced.On this basis,the structural feasibility analysis of this system is carried out,and the overall construction plan is formulated.Finally,this system is compared with the traditional cast-in-place system from the aspects of building process,installation estimates and period.The results show that it is feasible to adopt the new prefabricated system of“PC frame+PC retaining wall”for the main structure and“square steel tube+polyurethane composite plate”for the inner wall of the pool.The prefabricated components and connection nodes can meet the structural stress requirements.From the aspects of building process,installation estimates and period,the prefabricated system is significantly better than the traditional cast-in-place system,in which the installation estimates is reduced by 4.6%and the installation period is reduced by 41.7%.The improvement of current norms and the support of national policies provide a guarantee for the development of prefabricated buildings,and the prefabricated underground structure system has a broad development prospect.
