舰船修理船机电仪器仪表的计量管理与维修保障研究

Research on Measurement Management and Maintenance Support of Electromechanical Instruments in a Warship Repair

某船船机电仪器仪表随着服役时间的增加和高等级修理的临近,老化、漂移、失效等故障逐渐开始增多,加之目前计量手段和法规制度存在不足,使得船机电仪器仪表的计量管理和维修保障工作面临着较大的困难。论文开展该船船机电仪器仪表等级修理的计量管理与维修保障研究,提出一套完整详细的计量技术方法、组织实施流程和检定资源保障方案,促进仪器仪表在使用过程中的科学管理。该成果可为其它同类舰船装备的仪器仪表计量保障提供有益参考。

With the growing of service time and the approach of high-grade repair,aging,drift,failure and other faults gradu⁃ally increase.In addition,the current measurement methods and regulations are insufficient,which make the measurement manage⁃ment and maintenance support work of the ship's electromechanical instruments meet great difficulties.The measurement manage⁃ment and maintenance support scheme for the grade repair of the ship's electromechanical instruments are studied,and a complete and detailed measurement technology,organization and implementation process,and resource support scheme to promote the scien⁃tific management of the instruments in the process of use are proposed.Which provides a novel and useful guidance for other similar ship instrumentation equipment measurement and maintenance support.
