摘要
水稻(Oryza sativa)良好叶片形态是保证水稻产量因素之一,一定程度的卷曲能够使水稻叶片保持矗立,有利于改善水稻群体的受光面积,使其接收更多的光能,提高光合利用率。SRL1、ROC5、OsRRK1、SLL2、CLD1、OsZHD1/2和NRL1对泡状细胞的调节,SLL1和SRL2对厚壁组织细胞的结构和过程的调节,ADL1对叶片极性的调节以及CFL1和CLD1对叶片表皮形成的调节是主要调节叶片卷曲的几个方面。上面的许多基因和其他几个基因以复杂的方式相互作用,以维持细胞的平衡性和完整性,实现最佳的卷叶表型。水稻卷叶是分子、细胞、生理和环境共同作用的复杂调节机制,因此研究水稻卷叶对高效育种有重要的利用价值。本研究总结了水稻卷叶类型、产生因素、细胞形态变化、已定位和克隆的卷叶基因,以及水稻卷叶调控机制的最新研究进展,为水稻的卷叶性状育种提供参考。
Rice(Oryza sativa) good leaf morphology is one of the factors to ensure rice yield.Moderate curl can keep rice leaves upright,which is beneficial to improve the receiving area of rice population,make it receive more light energy to improve photosynthetic utilization rate.Rice leaf curl is a complex regulatory mechanism of molecular,cellular,physiological and environmental interaction.Leaf curl is mainly regulated by SRL1,ROC5,OsRRK1,SLL2,CLD1,OsZHD1/2 and NRL1 on vesicular cells,SLL1 and SRL2 on thick wall group the regulation of the structure and process of weaving cells,the regulation of ADL1 polarity of leaves,the regulation of CFL1 and CLD1 on the formation of leaf epidermis.Many genes and several others mentioned above interact in complex ways to maintain cell integrity and in vivo balance to achieve optimal leaf curl.Therefore,it is of great value to study rice leaf rolls for efficient breeding.In this paper,we summarize the latest research progress on the type of rice leaf roll,the factors of production,the changes of cell morphology,the localized and cloned leaf roll genes,and the regulation mechanism of rice leaf roll,which provides a reference for the breeding of leaf roll traits in rice.
