摘要
花香是观赏性植物的重要性状,是评价花卉品质的主要依据。近年来,已从观赏性植物中分离出大量花香物质合成基因,研究花香释放规律。随着分子生物学技术的飞速发展,花卉的花香育种工作逐渐由传统的杂交育种转变为分子育种,提高了花卉定向育种的效率和精准度。本综述对近年来植物花香的生物合成途径、花香的释放与基因调节机制、花香基因工程的研究进展进行了综述,并对今后花香研究的发展方向进行了展望,以期为定向培育出具有新奇花香的观赏植物新品种提供参考。
Floral scent is an important trait of ornamental plants,which is the main basis for evaluating the quality of flowers.In recent years,a large number of genes for the synthesis of floral aromas have been isolated from ornamental plants to study the release of floral aromas.With the rapid development of molecular biology technology,the floral breeding of flowers has gradually changed from traditional cross breeding to molecular breeding,which has improved the efficiency and precision of directed flower breeding.To this end,the review summarized the research progress of plant floral biosynthesis pathways,floral fragrance release and gene regulation mechanisms,and floral genetic engineering in recent years,and prospects for the future development of floral fragrance research,with a view to cultivating novel floral fragrances provide a reference for new varieties of ornamental plants.
