Catalytic performance of Co/Al_(2)O_(3)with different dispersion for propane dehydrogenation

摘要 利用非贵金属开发低成本且高性能的丙烷脱氢催化剂是丙烷脱氢技术发展的重要方向。通过改变负载量制备了具有不同分散度的Co/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,采用N_(2)物理吸附、CO化学吸附、高角环形暗场—扫描透射电子显微镜(HAADF-STEM)和XPS等方法对催化剂结构进行了表征,考察了其催化丙烷脱氢反应的性能,并探索了从亚纳米到纳米尺度范围内,Co催化丙烷脱氢反应的粒径效应。结果表明,低负载量的Co/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂中,Co处于高分散状态,从而利于催化性能的提升并有效抑制积炭。0.1%(以Co^(0)计算的质量分数)Co/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂上丙烷转化的频率(TOF)为0.17 s^(-1),丙烯选择性为97%,活性较为稳定,选择性和活性稳定性与工业催化剂以及高分散Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂相当。 The development of low-cost and high-performance propane dehydrogenation catalysts by non-precious catalysts is an important direction for the development of propane dehydrogenation technology.Co/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts with different dispersion degrees were prepared by changing the loading amount of Co,and the structures of catalysts were characterized by N_(2) physisorption,CO chemisorption,high angle annular dark field-scanning transmission electron microscope(HAADF-STEM)and XPS.Its catalytic performance for propane dehydrogenation was investigated,and the particle size effect of Co catalyzed propane dehydrogenation was explored in the range of subnano to nanometers.The research results show that in the Co/Al_(2)O_(3) with low metal loading,Co is in a highly dispersed state,which is conducive to the improvement of catalytic performance and effectively inhibit carbon deposition.The turnover frequency of propane conversion(TOF)on 0.1%(mass fraction in Co0)Co/Al_(2)O_(3) is 0.17 s^(-1),the propylene selectivity is 97%,and the activity remains stable during the test.Its selectivity and activity stability are equivalent to those of industrial catalysts and highly dispersed Pt/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts.
