摘要
多发性硬化(MS)是一种以CNS慢性炎症和脱髓鞘伴随轴突损伤为主的获得性自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。传统上认为MS主要由T细胞介导,但近年来发现B细胞在MS的发病过程中发挥重要作用。到目前为止,已有多种靶向B细胞的药物在MS的治疗中取得了很好的疗效。本文将主要关注B细胞在MS中的作用机制及靶向B细胞的多种治疗方案的应用现状及未来展望。
Multiple sclerosis(MS)is an acquired chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease of the central nervous system that is mainly accompanied by axonal damage.The mechanisms remain elucidated.For a long time,it has been thought to be primarily mediated by auto-reactive T cells.Until recently,the pathogenic role of B cells in MS was found to be significant.To date,several disease-modifying drugs targeting B cells have been used for the treatment of MS and achieved high efficacy.This review summarizes the mechanisms of B cells in MS and the clinical research progress of B cell depletion treatments in MS.
