大型风电塔筒圆度及直线度测量计算方法 被引量:1

摘要 大型风电塔筒设计直径较大,加工制作精度要求较高,而传统检测手段单一,无法保证检测精度和效率。文章提出采用全站仪及特殊工装,对大型风电塔筒实现快速测量,采用多点拟合方法计算圆心,进而获取塔筒圆度及直线度,在此基础上对塔筒制造精度进行评价。文章提出的测量方法较为简单,计算分析准确可靠,测量和计算效率高,已在国内某大型船厂推广应用。 The design diameter of large-scale wind power tower is large,and the machining accuracy is high.However,the traditional detection method is single,which can not ensure the detection accuracy and efficiency.Total station and special tooling are used to realize rapid measurement of large wind power tower.The center of the circle is calculated by multi-point fitting method,and then the roundness and straightness of the tower are obtained.On this basis,the manufacturing accuracy of the tower is evaluated.The measurement method proposed in this paper is relatively simple,the calculation and analysis is accurate and reliable,and the measurement and calculation efficiency is high.It has been popularized and applied in a large shipyard in China.
