摘要
针对传统消防末端试水系统手动操作耗费大量人工和时间,难以准确测量末端管网中水的流量和压力,难以准确评估自动喷水灭火系统的工作状态,难以对其进行有效管理和监督检查等问题,提出一种基于PLC和力控组态仿真软件构成的流量和压力监测系统。该系统以S7-200 SMART作为控制核心,通过传感器在数据采集层完成对管网中水的流量和压力的采集,数据经网络传输到上位监控层,由管理人员准确评估自动喷水灭火系统的工作状态并进行实时有效的监控。测试结果表明,该系统可手动或自动控制,具有就地和远程控制功能,能实时检测管网中的压力、流量等参数,完全满足消防部门定期末端试水检查的要求,具有广泛的应用价值。
The manual operation of the traditional fire end water test system consumes a lot of manpower and time.It is difficult to accurately measure the flow and pressure of water in the end pipe network,accurately evaluate the working state of the automatic sprinkler system,and effectively manage,supervise and inspect it.A flow and pressure monitoring system based on PLC and force control configuration simulation software is proposed.The system takes S7-200 SMART as the control core.The flow and pressure of water in the pipe network are collected through the sensor in the data acquisition layer.The data is transmitted to the upper monitoring layer through the network.The managers accurately evaluate the working state of the automatic sprinkler system and monitor it in real time and effectively.The test results show that the system can be controlled manually or automatically,has local and remote control functions,can detect the pressure,flow and other parameters in the pipe network in real time,fully meet the requirements of regular end water test inspection of fire department,and has a wide range of application value.
