大型XY拖车控制系统

摘要 海洋工程水池配置XY拖车,可兼顾船舶操纵性与耐波性试验要求,为获得更精确的试验数据,海工水池的尺度越来越大,因此有必要开发大跨度、大惯量的XY拖车控制系统。大型XY拖车必须采用多电机同步驱动技术以实现试验所需的动态运动性能。XY拖车控制系统使用西门子高性能S7-1500T PLC作为核心控制器,采用PROFIBUS网络实现PLC、6RA80调速器、伺服驱动器等设备间的数据快速交互,能灵活地控制X车、Y车做斜线、圆弧等各类组合运动。阐明了XY拖车控制系统的设计方案和技术途径,介绍了X车、Y车单独运动和两者组合做“画圆运动”的调试结果。调试结果表明XY拖车控制系统能满足操纵性与耐波性试验的要求。 XY trailer is equipped in offshore engineering pool,which can meet the requirements of ship maneuverability and sea-keeping test.In order to obtain more accurate test data,the scale of offshore engineering pool is becoming larger and larger.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a XY-trailer control system with large span and large inertia.Large XY trailer must adopt multi motor synchronous drive technology to achieve the dynamic motion performance required by the test.he XY trailer control system uses Siemens high-performance S7-1500T PLC as the core controller.The PROFIBUS network is used to realize the rapid data exchange between PLC,6RA80 speed controller,servo drive and other equipment,and can flexibly control the X car,Y car to do slash,arc and other combined movements.The design scheme and technical approach of the XY trailer control system are clarified,and the debugging results of the X-car,Y-car alone movement and the combination of the two for"circular movement"are introduced.The debugging results show that the XY trailer control system can meet the requirements of maneuverability and seakeeping test.
