摘要
从质量控制(QC)角度出发,通过对设备的技术和管理两方面的调查,以及对调查结果的故障树分析,分别得出了导致事件的直接原因和根本原因,最后制定了相应的改进措施。通过QC活动,提高了秦山核电厂SBO轴封注水系统的设备可靠性,降低了SBO轴封注水系统故障次数,对今后相关设备的故障排查工作具有借鉴意义。
In this paper,from the perspective of quality control(QC),through the investigation of equipment technology and management,as well as the fault tree analysis of the investigation results,the direct and root causes of the event are obtained respectively.Finally,the corresponding improvement measures are formulated.Through QC activities,the equipment reliability of SBO shaft seal water injection system in Qinshan nuclear power plant is improved and the failure times of SBO shaft seal water injection system are reduced,which can be used as a reference for the troubleshooting of relevant equipment in the future.
