关于社会主义核心价值观逻辑结构的思考

On the Logical Structure of Core Socialist Values

本文基于唯物史观,对社会主义核心价值观12个范畴分析还原到马克思主义根柢性的价值理念,表明社会主义核心价值观的同一性和超越性,使理论呈现形式达到整体、深刻、连贯、圆融。本文认为,社会主义核心价值观的逻辑结构是:立足于马克思主义"每个人的自由发展是一切人的自由发展的条件"命题,每个人都享有平等的自由,由此达到公正的状态,法治就是对自由平等公正的保障(现阶段国家法律把自由的概念转换为法律权利的概念)。这是社会层面价值取向的逻辑。由此推衍出现代国家的使命(亦即富强、民主、文明、和谐是为了实现每个人的自由)和个体公民美德的支持(爱国、敬业、诚信、友善),从而建立起核心价值观的整个系统。社会主义制度为上述价值取向真实和完整的实现提供了现实的制度条件,是这些价值观得以真正实现的社会基础前提,克服了此前历史上诸社会形态核心价值观的抽象性、局限性。

Based on historical materialism,the paper analyses the 12 categories of core socialist values by returning to the fundamental value concepts of Marxism.It reveals the unity and transcendence of core socialist values with a theoretical expression featured by integrity,profoundness,coherence and harmony.The logical structure of core socialist values is presented as follows:established on the Marxist assertion that"the free development of each is the condition for the free development of all,"everyone is entitled to equal freedom,then the justice could be constructed,and the rule of law serves as the guarantee for ensuring freedom,equality and justice(the concept of freedom converted into the concept of legal rights by the state),which constitutes the value orientation in the social dimension.Therefroe the mission of modern state(such as prosperity,democracy,civilization and harmony,all of which are to achieve the freedom of each individual)and the support of civic virtues from individuals(patriotism,dedication,integrity and friendliness)are deduced,and thus the whole system of core values are founded.By providing institutional conditions for the actual and complete realization of the above-mentioned value orientation,the socialist system serves as the social foundation for the actual realization of those values,and thus overcomes the abstraction and limitations of the former core values of previous social formation in history.
