从“输血”到“造血”:新时代中西部高校内生性发展的路径

From“Blood-Transfusion”to“Blood-Making”:Endogenous Development Path of Mid-west Universities in the New Era

内生性发展路径对于激发中西部高校办学活力、加快建设高质量教育体系具有极其重要的战略意义。具体而言,中西部高校的内生性发展路径主要是回应其发展是什么、为什么、靠什么、怎么做四个基本问题,由教育资源建设、师生深度参与、高校发展认同三大核心要素构成,并形成相互关联的内生性运行机制。目前,中西部高校的发展面临办学条件支撑度不够、优质主体培育不足、办学理念相对陈旧等困境,需要从物质建设、人才培育、理念转变和机制创新等层面多维探索,实现从"输血"式的外源式发展向"造血"式的内生性发展转化。

The endogenous development path is important for stimulating vitality of mid-west universities and speeding up the construction of high-quality education system.Specifically,the endogenous development path of mid-west universities mainly responds to four basic questions:What is the development?Why?By what?How?It consists of three core elements:educational resource construction,in-depth participation of teachers and students,and development identity of universities.They are interrelated with each other.However,the mid-west universities face such problems as insufficient education conditions,insufficient cultivation of high-quality teachers and students,and relatively outdated educational philosophy,etc.In the new era,the mid-west universities should transform the development path from“blood-transfusion”type to“blood-making”type by the ways of resources construction,talent cultivation,idea renewal and mechanism innovation.
