基于电流采样的电机参数辨识

摘要 矢量控制是一种基于电机数学模型的控制策略,其控制性能依赖于电机参数的设定。常规获取电机参数的方法是通过仪器或上位机测量。提出一种简便的方法,将电机模型简化成一阶线性系统,利用驱动电路和电流采样电路,实现电机参数的辨识。实验结果表明,该方法计算复杂度低,使用简单,易于实现,提高了控制器对电机的适配性。 Vector control is a kind of control strategy based on motor mathematical model,and its control performance depends on the setting of motor parameters.The conventional method to obtain motor parameters is to measure them by instrument or computer.A simple method is proposed,which simplifies the motor model into a first-order linear system,and realizes the identification of motor parameters by using the drive circuit and current sampling circuit.The experimental results show that the method has the advantages of low computational complexity,simple operation,and easy implementation,which improves the adaptability of the controller to the motor.
