摘要
为研究人参发酵产物在护肤品领域的应用潜力,利用植物乳杆菌对人参进行发酵,发酵后过滤制得人参发酵滤液。通过建立斑马鱼组织再生模型对人参发酵滤液的斑马鱼尾鳍修复作用进行评价。结果表明:斑马鱼对人参发酵滤液的最大耐受浓度(MTC)为20μL/mL,人参发酵滤液在体积浓度2.2、6.7、20μL/mL下均对尾鳍具有修复作用,斑马鱼尾鳍面积增长率分别为38%、45%和36%,人参发酵滤液对斑马鱼尾鳍修复作用显著,具有潜在的皮肤修复功效。
In order to study the application of fermented ginseng in the field of skin care products,lactic acid bacteria was used to ferment the ginseng,and the ginseng fermentation filtrate was obtained by filtration after fermentation.The zebrafish tissue regeneration model was established to evaluate the repairing effect of ginseng fermentation filtrate on zebrafish caudal fin.The results showed that the maximum talerated concentration(MTC)of ginseng fermentation filtrate for zebrafish was 20μL/mL,and it could repair the caudal fin at volume concentrations of 2.2,6.7 and 20μL/mL.The growth rate of the caudal fin were 38%,45%and 36%,respectively,indicating that ginseng fermentation filtrate has a significant repairing effect on zebrafish caudal fin.
