组合无创仪器评估一款护肤精华液的美白功效

摘要 通过组合无创探头检测仪器及图像分析系统全方位评估一款精华液的美白功效性。以烟酰胺、阿魏酸、密罗木提取物、二裂酵母产物溶胞物和柑橘果皮提取物为主要美白活性成分制备了一款精华。招募一批合格受试者,连续使用精华液8周,结合皮肤测试仪器客观测试数据、视觉评分和受试者自评三个维度进行科学评估该产品的美白效果。结果发现,使用该款精华液8周后,角质层水合含量提升了19.32%、白皙度提升了1.29%、明亮度提升了2.16%、光泽度提升了9.69%、黑色素含量降低了3.73%、黑斑面积减少了4.72%,肤色均匀度有所提升。表明该精华液有美白的效果,同时组合使用无创性皮肤检测仪器可以客观反映皮肤颜色、色素含量、光泽度、水分含量的变化,利用Image-Pro Plus(IPP)软件分析图像进行可视化效果评估,适用于对美白类产品的临床功效评估。 With combination of non-invasive testing instruments and image analysis system,the whitening efficacy of an essence was evaluated comprehensively.Using niacinamide,ferulic acid,Myrothamnus flabellifolia extract,bifida ferment lysate and Citrus reticulate peel extract as the main whitening active components,a skincare essence was prepared.A group of qualified volunteers were recruited to continuously use this essence for 8 weeks.Then,the whitening effect of this product was evaluated scientifically with three dimensions,namely,objective test data by non-invasive skin instruments,visual score and self-assessment.The results showed that after 8 weeks,the water content of the skin increased by 19.32%,the skin whiteness L increased by 1.29%,the skin brightness increased by 2.16%,the skin gloss increased by 9.69%,the melanin index decreased by 3.73%,the area of black spot decreased by 4.72%and the skin tone was improved.Therefore,the essence has good whitening efficacy.Using non-invasive skin detector can objectively reflect the changes in skin color,pigment content,gloss and moisture content.Using IPP software to analyze images can visualize the effects of evaluation.This method is applicable to the clinical efficacy evaluation of whitening cosmetics.
