综合加权评分法在粉底液感官评价中的应用

Application of the Comprehensive Weighted Scoring Method in Liquid Foundation Sensory Evaluation

探究利用综合加权评分法优化粉底液的品质。制定粉底液妆效感官指标和评分标准,采用德尔菲法对感官指标进行赋权打分,由感官评价小组对粉底液评分,将得到的评分结果进行可信度分析,利用综合加权评分法分析产品配方优化前后品质的优劣。结果表明,贴肤性的权重系数最高,为0.147,无妆感权重系数最低,为0.073;产品配方优化前后评分结果的可信度均为可接受;配方优化后综合加权评分结果更高。综合加权评分法适用于粉底液品质优化的感官评价。

The use of comprehensive weighted scoring method to optimize the quality of liquid foundation was explored.Sensory index and standard for grading the makeup effect of liquid foundation were established.Using Delphi method,the sensory indexes were empowered to score the liquid foundation by sensory evaluation group,and the reliability of the obtained scoring results was analyzed,the comprehensive weighted scoring method was used to analyze the quality of the product formula before and after optimization.The results showed that the weight coefficient of skin adhesiveness was the highest at 0.147,the no makeup sense weight coefficient was the lowest at 0.073,the credibility of the score results before and after product formulation optimization were acceptable,the result of comprehensive weighted scoring was higher after optimization.The comprehensive weighted scoring method is suitable for sensory evaluation of the optimized quality of liquid foundation.
