儿外科医生的紧缺问题,随着当下二胎政策的开放显得更加突出,儿外科专业学位的研究生作为儿外科最坚实的后备军,培养出优秀的儿外科专业学位研究生是儿外科长久发展的保障。目前,面对儿外科专业学位研究生的培养面临的诸多问题,需要探索出切实有效的应对措施。通过对儿外科专业学位研究生培养问题展开分析,提出了对策和建议,希望能为儿外科研究生培养提供参考。

The shortage of pediatric surgeons has become more prominent with the opening of the current two-child policy.Graduate students with a degree in pediatric surgery are the most solid reserve force in pediatric surgery,and highquality pediatric surgery postgraduates are bedrock for long-term development of pediatric surgery department.However,the current training of postgraduates with the degree of pediatric surgery faces many problems,and we urgently need to explore reasonable and effective countermeasures.This article analyzes the problems in the cultivation of postgraduates in pediatric surgery,and proposes countermeasures,hoping to provide references for the cultivation of postgraduates in pediatric surgery.
