医学院校成人学历教育学生生涯适应力现状调查--以首都医科大学为例

Investigation of career adaptability about medical adult education undergraduates--taking Capital Medical University as an example

目的探索医学院校成人学历教育大学生生涯适应力的现状及影响因素。方法采用大学生生涯适应力量表(college students’career adaptability questionnaire,CSCAQ)对1133名医学院校成人学历教育大学生进行调查。结果医学院校成人学历教育大学生生涯适应力处于中等水平;其中,男生的生涯适应力显著高于女生(t=5.01,P<0.05);不同年级学生生涯适应力总分存在显著差异(F=3.51,P<0.05),即大一学生得分和大二学生得分显著高于大三;不同专业的学生在生涯控制上存在统计学差异(F=3.48,P<0.05),即药学专业分别高于医学检验和临床医学;不同工作单位学生生涯适应力在总分和各维度均无差异(P>0.05)。结论为医学院校成人学历教育大学生建立科学合适的生涯教育辅导体系,有针对性地开展生涯教育活动。

Objective To explore the status and the influencing factors of medical adult education undergraduates’ career adaptability. Methods College Students’ Career Adaptability Questionnaire was conducted in 1 133 medical adult education undergraduates. Results Medical Adult Education Undergraduates’ Career Adaptability is in medium level. Males’ career adaptability was significantly higher than females’(t= 5. 01,P<0. 05). There was a significant difference in the total score of different grades(F= 3. 51,P<0. 05), i. e. the score of both freshman and sophomore significantly higher than the score of junior. Undergraduates in different majors had statistical differences in career control(F= 3. 48, P< 0. 05), i. e. the pharmacy major was higher than medical laboratory science, also higher than clinical medicine major. Different working units had no difference in total score and dimensions(P>0. 05). Conclusion It’s helpful to establish scientific appropriate career education counseling, targeted education activities for medical adult education undergraduates.
