摘要
铣削加工中常常伴随着振动,如不加约束,振动会降低工件表面的加工质量,并影响机械加工的准确度,同时也减少加工刀具及机床本身的使用寿命。利用虚拟仪器平台,采用实际NI4431数据采集卡和先进传感器等工程硬件,开发了一套基于虚拟仪器且具备工程应用能力的铣削振动状态检测与分析系统。试验结果表明,该系统构建方便可行,为金属铣削加工现场的振动状态监测和数据分析提供了参考。
Milling is often accompanied by vibration.If unrestrained vibration will reduce the machining quality of workpiece surface,affect the accuracy of machining,and reduce the service life of machining tools and machine tools;In this paper,a milling vibration state detection and analysis system with engineering application ability based on virtual instrument is developed by using engineering hardware such as actual ni4431 data acquisition card and advanced sensors.The experimental results show that the system is convenient and feasible,and provides a reference for vibration monitoring and data analysis in metal milling field.
