电仪设备EQML的筛选方法研究

摘要 为了保证核电延寿运行时的仪控设备可靠性,必须在执照更新中选取对核电厂安全运行有影响的电仪设备,形成环境鉴定电仪设备清单。通过调研电仪设备的宏观范围、筛选的意义和工程背景,开展筛选方法的研究;探讨EQML筛选过程的考虑因素,即最优筛选、筛选数量、粒度和筛选时间;最后,给出适合国内核电厂的EQML筛选应用实践。研究认为,系统级预期功能筛选作为国家核电厂许可证更新工作中的电仪设备筛选方法,具有可操作性强的优点,同时具备时间和效率优势。电仪设备EQML筛选方法研究,从理论角度为运行核电厂的许可证延续提供方法支撑,助力国内运行核电厂的延寿实践。 In order to ensure the reliability of instrument and control equipment during operating license extension,electrical instrument equipment that has an impact on the safety of nuclear power plant must be selected and to form a list of electrical instrument equipment for environmental identification.By investigating the macro scope of electrical instrument equipment,the significance and engineering background,the screening methods are proposed.The factors considered are discussed in EQML process:optimal,quantity and granularity,time.An application practice of EQML screening suitable for nuclear power plants in China is given.The research shows that system level expected function screening has the advantages of strong operable,less time and high efficiency.From a theoretical point of view,the research provides method support for the license renewal of operating nuclear power plants,and helps the operating life extension practice in China.
