摘要
介绍了一种应用于核电厂水泥固化线的全自动控制系统的设计与实现方法。根据水泥固化线工艺设备多、定位精度要求高、工艺流程复杂、故障检修难等特点,对典型单机设备的控制设计进行了介绍,对水泥固化线自动控制的控制方式以及不同控制方式的实现方法进行描述。水泥固化线的全自动控制设计提高了系统的可操作性、可靠性及放射性废物处理效率。
This paper introduces the design of a full-automatic control system applied to the cement solidification line of nuclear power plant.According to the characteristics of many process equipment,high positioning accuracy,complex process flow and difficult troubleshooting of cement solidification line,the control design of typical single equipment is introduced,and the control modes of automatic control of cement solidification line and the implementation methods of different control modes are described.The fully automatic control design of cement solidification line improves the operability and reliability of the system and the treatment efficiency of radioactive waste.
