摘要
DCS系统的配置灵活,而且可以实现对设备的分散式控制,近年来在工业生产领域的应用范围越来越广泛。但在实际运行中,DCS系统由于内部软硬件以及外部环境的影响,会出现一些故障,影响系统的正常运行。分析了工业自动化控制DCS系统故障诊断的流程及方法,并结合常见的故障,对系统的维护技术进行了总结,以供参考。
The configuration of DCS system is flexible,and it can realize the distributed control of equipment.In recent years,it has been widely used in industrial production.But in the actual operation,DCS system will appear some faults,which will affect the normal operation of the system due to the influence of the internal software and hardware as well as the external environment.This paper analyzes the process and method of fault diagnosis of industrial automation control DCS system,and summarizes the maintenance technology of the system for reference.
