摘要
针对污泥脱水机自控系统改造的需求,开发基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的控制系统。详细介绍污泥脱水机构及原理、PLC程序各功能模块等内容。通过对系统整体规划,分模块设计,完善从进泥到出泥的完整工艺流程。项目实施后,显示出较好实时性和稳定性,能较好地满足污水处理中污泥脱水运行工艺的各项要求。
In response to the need for the transformation of the automatic control system of the sludge dewatering machine,a control system based on a programmable logic controller(PLC)was developed.The sludge dewatering mechanism and principle,and the functional modules of the PLC program are introduced in detail.Through the overall planning and modular design of the system,the complete process flow from sludge inlet to sludge outlet is improved.After the implementation of the project,it shows good real-time and stability,and can better meet the requirements of sewage treatment sludge dewatering process.
