摘要 断路器液压机构的可靠性对于电网的安全稳定运行至关重要,对其进行故障分析必不可少。针对某1 000 kV变电站断路器分闸后报油压低分闸闭锁的故障,简要说明故障发生的过程,通过阐述断路器液压机构的工作原理,深入检查断路器外部回路和内部机构,综合分析得出故障原因,判定故障原因为断路器B相B2柱机构内部油压微动开关S1下端72号端子松动。最后对避免类似故障提出几点建议,对提高电网运行可靠性具有积极意义。 The reliability of circuit breaker hydraulic mechanism is very important for the safe and stable operation of power grid,and its fault analysis is essential.In view of the fault of low oil pressure opening and locking after the opening of a circuit breaker in a 1 000 kV substation,this paper briefly describes the process of the fault,expounds the working principle of the hydraulic mechanism,and scrutinizes the external circuit and internal mechanism of the circuit breaker.Through a comprehensive analysis,it is determined that the fault is caused by the looseness of terminal 72 at the lower end of oil pressure micro-switch S1 in phase B B2 column mechanism of the circuit breaker.Finally,some suggestions to avoid similar faults are put forward,which is of positive significance to improve the operation reliability of power grid.
