摘要
LC-MS-MS四极杆质谱仪是现代应用最广泛的仪器之一,此仪器的国产化具有重要的意义。聚光科技作为国家重大科学仪器开发项目中的仪器研制单位,通过自主研发,研制了液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱仪(LC-MS-MS)。其性能达到国内领先水平,为了满足快速检测的应用需求,需要对仪器的单位时间内扫描质量范围的能力也愈加提出更高的要求,四极杆质谱仪的扫描速度指标也愈发受到研究人员的重视。本文通过不断改进四极杆质量分析器的电压控制模式,比较不同模式下对样品进样灵敏度和质量轴稳定性的影响,得出在高速扫描条件下,四极杆质谱仪可以通过调控不同的电压控制模式来实现高分析灵敏度和精确度,不仅对提升四极杆仪器性能有巨大帮助,而且对满足四极杆质谱仪的应用需求也有重要意义。
The localization of LC-MS-MS triple quadrupole mass spectrometer,one of the most widely used instruments in modern times,is of great significance.As an instrument development unit in a major national scientific instrument development project,Focused Photonics(HangZhou)inc has developed an Liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometer(LC-MS-MS)through independent research and development.In order to meet the application requirements of rapid detection,the scanning speed index of the quadrupole mass spectrometer has also been paid more and more attention by researchers.In this paper,by continuously improving the voltage control mode of the quadrupole mass analyzer,we compare the effects of different modes on sample injection sensitivity and mass axis stability.It is concluded that under high-speed scanning conditions,the quadrupole mass spectrometer can achieve high analysis sensitivity and accuracy by adjusting different voltage control modes.This is not only a great help in improving the performance of the instrument,but also to meet the requirements of the quadrupole mass spectrometer.The application requirements of mass spectrometers are also important.
