摘要
诺如病毒(Noroviruses,NVs)可感染人类,能引起非细菌性胃肠炎,世界上一半以上的胃肠炎疾病都是由它引起的。感染诺如病毒发病所需的病毒含量很低,10-100个诺如病毒粒子即可促使人体引发胃肠炎。根据近些年国内外的报道,胃肠炎疫情爆发多数与生食贝类食品有关,人们在食用被污染生贝类或加热不彻底的被污染贝类时很容易感染该病毒并导致胃肠炎疫病爆发,涉及人数众多且对社会影响较恶劣,值得我们高度关注。微滴数字PCR法是一种新的核酸定量方法。基于微滴式数字PCR检测贝类中诺如病毒的方法具有快速、大量、准确等的优点,本论文探索建立利用微滴式数字PCR仪检测贝类中诺如病毒的方法,并进行了初步应用。
Noroviruses(NVs)can infect humans and cause non-bacterial gastroenteritis,which causes more than half of the world's gastroenteritis.he virus that infects NVs is very low,10 to 100 NVs particles can make the human body cause gastroenteritis.According to the reports of both at home and abroad in recent years,gastroenteritis most outbreaks associated with raw shellfish food.People are susceptible to the virus when they eat contaminated shellfish or the heating is not thorough contaminated shellfish.Large numbers of people and adverse social effects,which deserve our high attention.Droplet digital PCR method is a new quantitative method of nucleic acid..Based on the drop digital PCR to detect the methods of NVs which has advantages of fast,large,accurate,this paper is to explore to establish by using droplet digital PCR detection method of NVs in shellfish and carried on the preliminary application.
