病媒生物实验室检测现状浅谈

病媒生物为大多数新突发传染病的主要传播媒介(如蚊、蝇、鼠、蚤、螨蜱等)。随着全球一体化的快速发展,人口流动急剧增加,使得媒介传染病快速传播,病媒生物的防控难度也在加大,因此病媒生物的实验室检测就更为重要。本文对病媒生物实验室检测的方向和主流技术进行了简单的阐述。病媒生物实验室检测不仅在技术手段上有所提高,也要加强人才队伍的建设,为国境卫生病媒生物防控提供依据。

Vectors are the main vectors of most emerging infectious diseases(such as mosquitoes,flies,rats,fleas,mites,etc.).With the rapid development of globalization and the rapid increase of population flow,vector-borne diseases spread rapidly,and the prevention and control of vector-borne organisms is becoming more difficult.Therefore,laboratory testing of vector-borne organisms is more important.This article briefly describes the direction and mainstream technology of vector biology laboratory testing.Laboratory testing of vector organisms has not only improved the technical means,but also strengthened the construction of the talent team.Provide a basis for the prevention and control of disease vectors in frontier health.
