变电站精细测量中三维激光扫描建模技术研究

摘要 近年来无人值守变电站迅速发展,产生了由于人员对变电站的现场布局、设备设施、工艺路径不熟悉导致的管理、安全、运维等各类问题。本文对于三维激光扫描建模的核心问题点云与影像融合技术进行研究,提出了一种用于变电站精细测量的三维激光扫描点云与实际影像匹配技术,采用基于随机抽样一致性算法(RANSAC)进行场景过滤,采用点云标定算法优化点云与扫描影像的距离最优值,生成扫描点云与实际位置的数据匹配标准变化,后续可以应用于三维建模精准建模。实验论证,本文提出技术极大的降低了数据采集的成本,减小了平面提取误差,实现了点云与影像的有效融合和精准匹配,可以有效的应用于变电站的三维可视化建模。 In recent years,with the rapid development of unattended substation,there are many problems,such as management,safety,operation and maintenance,caused by the personnel are not familiar with the substation site layout,equipment and facilities,process path.In this paper,the key problem of 3D laser scanning modeling is point cloud and image fusion technology.A 3D laser scanning point cloud and actual image matching technology for substation fine measurement is proposed.The scene is filtered based on random sampling consensus algorithm(RANSAC),and the optimal distance between point cloud and scanning image is optimized by point cloud calibration algorithm,The change of data matching standard between scanning point cloud and actual position is generated,which can be applied to accurate 3D modeling.Experimental demonstration shows that the proposed technology greatly reduces the cost of data acquisition,reduces the plane extraction error,realizes the effective fusion and accurate matching of point cloud and image,and can be effectively applied to the three-dimensional visualization modeling of substation.
