摘要
为解决配电网保护数量多、分布广、运维难等问题,本文建立了一套配电网保护动作智能分析管理系统。通过研究智能分析系的设计方案、数据采集方式、智能识别流程等内容,实现对省地间多套系统数据的采集与处理,自动判断与分析保护装置的动作情况。最后,通过该系统的实际应用,有效地提高了配电网故障分析效率,节约了人力资源,为配网调度事故处理与配网故障处理提供辅助决策,同时也为推进配电网继电保护管理工作提供了一套系统性的管理平台。
In order to solve the problems of large number,wide distribution and difficult operation and maintenance of distribution network protection,an intelligent analysis and management system of distribution network protection action is established.By studying the design scheme,data acquisition method and intelligent identification process of the intelligent analysis department,the data acquisition and processing of multiple sets of systems between provinces and regions are realized,and the action of the protection device is automatically judged and analyzed.Finally,through the practical application of the system,it effectively improves the efficiency of distribution network fault analysis,saves human resources,provides auxiliary decision-making for distribution network dispatching accident handling and distribution network fault handling,and provides a set of systematic management platform for promoting distribution network relay protection management.
